PRODUCT QUESTIONS:

When do you release new products?
New products will arrive to the shop on the 15th of every month at noon EDT.

Do sold out products get restocked, can I get a notification when there is a restock, can I preorder?
The Paper Person monthly kits do not get restocked and sold out stamp sets will not typically be restocked. We do not have a notification button for a restock, but sign up for the newsletter to get the latest updates.

What is the return policy?
Unless a product is defective, all sales are final.

Can I open a wholesale account?
No, we do not offer wholesale at this time.

Can I buy old Kelly Purkey Shop products?
If you don't see it currently for sale in the shop, then the product has been discontinued.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

What are the shipping rates?
Packages are all sent via USPS through a fulfillment center. Rates depend on package weight and unfortunately we are unable to offer flat rate shipping Internationally.

Customers are responsible for all custom, tax, or duty fees. 

Due to the reforms for VAT taxes we no longer ship to UK or EU locations.

It is not an easy decision to make, but at this time we are unable to give the expenses & resources required to be compliant with the new regulations. We deeply apologize to our UK and EU customers, and thank you for your understanding of the difficult situation.

How long does it take my order to be fulfilled and shipped?
We try to get everything out the door as soon as possible. With current social distancing guidelines and USPS delays, please allow some extra time & patience on your order.

It's been a long time and my order still hasn't arrived?
Please contact us if you haven't received tracking notice and it has been over a week since you've placed your order. If we have shipped out your order, Paper Person is not responsible for any delays or missing packages. Please contact USPS and your local mail carrier for assistance filing any claims for lost packages.

My order was returned to you, can you resend it?
If USPS is unable to deliver your package and it gets returned to us, we are able to resend packages within the USPS. If your package was sent Internationally, you are responsible for additional shipping charges to have it resent. You can chose to have the order canceled and we will process a refund minus shipping charges.
